We are surrounded by crowd everytime. That crowd is of different types, it may include group of different kinds of people from various places around the world, having different views, different behaviour, some with good qualities and some with bad. It is our choice that, what we have to see, and which side of their's positive or negative.
It is said that we should have those people around us who criticize us, because in some case it may help you to improve yourself. This is a positive attitude
So it’s our topic for today to take positivity from others and to get influenced from the well known people. So let’s get started…..
1. TO HAVE A DREAM

All of the young minds reading this would definitely be a fan of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam our MISSILE MAN. We all are fond of his speeches, his effective speaking undoubtedly inspires us. A great aerospace scientist, politician, and 11th President of India all this he gained on his own with the help of his EDUCATION, TALENT, INTELLIGENCE AND CURIOSITY. When it comes up to curiosity I actually meant about being curious of dreaming & having a vision. His personality itself teaches us many things. If I want to name some they may be:
#1. To be humble :

No matter at what point you have reach in your life being humble always makes you to grow and stay rooted to your goals, principles and disciplines. Mr. Kalam being a president may be having a lot of pressure but we always watch him speaking so humorous in a humble way with everyone. I think this quality makes him to loved by each and everyone.
#2. Be ready:

'Success' or 'Failure' both of them can take us to the position we need and can bring back too from where we have started, it is up to us how we have to see our success, how we have to handle our failure. Focus on the journey you are following, to achieve what you want to and enjoy that journey...not the success or failure because what remains with you are the memories of your hardships during journey.
#3. Think Different:

Abdul kalam says , " Dare to think Different"
If you want yourself to get recognized in the crowd then you should do something different from others, for that you have to think something different from others.
Learning techniques can help you to set apart from the rest.
2. Do what you love

I am pretty sure that all of you are huge huge fan of this personality of whom I am going to talk about next. so let me give you a small hint...He is a God of Cricket.... ...yes you guessed it right He is our master blaster Sachin Tendulkar...a very inspiring personality...who in age of 13 had a goal and decided to fulfill the same. That' s what makes the successful people different from others, who do what they want and work hard for it.
#1. To work passionately:

If you have a goal, and desperation to complete it, you than surely will do what you demand for, & will work very hard for it. Taking things casually can be the solution for time being but not the absolute solution for what you admire of. Therefore PLANNING, LEARNING, & EXECUTION are very important steps that we can learn from our cricketer's .
#2. Situational learning:

This is something which everyone of us have to be master of because no matter what your goal is it will not always work in the way you want there will be some circumstances where you have to change your route, strategy this is what called as situational learning. As in after injury Sachin has to play with a light weight bat which he was not use to but still he learn to do so and did wonders in it and achieved his target. This is something we should learn from him.
3. Goodness:
A vibrant personality with strong position and great power with lots of goodness ...a rare combination...right and the only man with such qualities is Barack Obama former president of United States of America. A well- known dignitary with a great charisma in him which attracts people of any age.
His intelligence can be seen through his work and humbleness, politeness by his behaviour. To talk about those, some of these are
#1. Being cool:

In all his videos , speeches we can see how freely he speaks , without any selflessness, he has intellectual and engaging way of talking. If you have a close look to his speeches he always spreads positivity in crowd by making them laugh by talking about certain facts in his own jolly way. 'WE not I' ...this attitude makes him different from others and most lovable too. No matter how much stress, work load it may be; he always seems smiling, he likes engaging time with small kids which we can see in a lot of videos may be because of this he must have learnt to be smiling under any situations.
#2. Being rooted :

If you want to be successful it is very important to stay on a ground even if you reach to heights . Obama didn't forget his roots from where did he came, what he suffered and how he fought against it and inturn he help others to not to get suffered as he had to. His speeches are very attractive which you can hear it a many a times ...and can still feel like adouring it.
#3. Effectiveness :

Obama has two effective traits in him, first is his intellectual MIND and second is his effective way of SPEAKING. His ability to speak in front of large group is something to learn from him , using phrases, making ourselves someone of the crowd so that people can imagine that there is someone of our family speaking on a stage ...he is that effective... There is a lot more to talk about him but are too difficult for us to inculcate this things in our behaviour so we should all try to do so.
4. Talent can evolve from hardship.

King of silent comedy film, with short moustache, large shoes, tight coat, big hat and a cane in hand ....remember..him ???? The one who makes others laugh through his great acting skills ...Sir Charlie Chaplin. I know all of you must be having smile on your face by hearing his name ...this is what an aura , a personality has...that his name itself makes you smile. A poor background, lots of problems inspite of all this he made his identity .There's a lot to learn from him.
#1. Find your talent :

At the age of five his mother lost his voice while singing in an orchestra which forces him too occupy a stage in order to calm the crowd .That was his first stage appearance where he found his talent .He made hard work to make his dream come true of acting...he further directed movies , wrote some of them ...and made a new era of film industry. #2. There is no reason to laugh:

Through his acting we have seen his comedy...how to laugh on ourselves and make others laugh is something very intellectual and creative. Making fool of yourself requires courage he did so and gave millions of us a reason to laugh. He, through his acting has made us realise that a day without a laughter is a day wasted....hence to waste time in finding a reason to laugh is itself too foolish and can be joyous and also a reason itself to laugh on your stupidity to do so. Thus, his personality may have increase a life span of millions and may have engaged one part of their routine by laughter....for no reason.
5. Belief .

A very small word belief meaning Vishwas....FAITH can make a big positive change in an individuals life. Mann mein hai Vishwas ( faith in mind) this remembers us of only one person that is Vishwas Nangre Patil Jt. Commissioner of Police Mumbai and former comissioner of nashik.
#1. Strong hardships means fearless survival.

He is an huge inspiration for students. Through his speeches he always talks about the importance of education. Coming from a poor family his hardwork to be in a police is all the way an inspiring journey for all the youth. I am personally a huge fan of him, his speeches has given me a lot, it has taught an importance of education and hardwork to make your aim get fulfilled . If your hardwork speaks more in silence then your success will roar in battle field this is what his teachings are.
#2. Intelligence.

His poetic way of speaking a good command over English is what shows his intelligence. No doubt his work as police is way more inspiring to us but his out of the box qualities makes his personality lovable.
In one of his speech he delivered a Poem of La Mancha which tells us not to give up....It goes like...
To dream the impossible dream,
To fight the unbeatable foe,
To bear the unbearable sorrow,
To run where the brave dare not to go,
To love the pure and chest from a far,
To right the unforgivable wrong,
To try when your arms are too weary,
To reach that unreachable star,
This is my quest to follow that star,
No matter how place,no matter how far,
To fight for the right, without questions without pause
To be willing to march into hell for heavenly cause. I don't think I have to talk more about it now, the poem itself speaks a lot and has a deep meaning the only requirement is to know it's depth and embrace it. So this are some personalities whom I follow and try to embrace ...and am sure you would have some too....so share it with us and keep learning....toodles....
